SUMMARY
Under limited supervision, a closer is accountable for coordinating loan closings in compliance with company, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and industry standard rules and regulations. The closer draws up legal documents and closing packages for title companies. In addition, the closer follows through and monitors the closing and post-closing follow up and ships loans and final documents.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
